Legal Counsel Europe

Since PNO is growing throughout Europe the need for excellent legal advice is growing too. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your legal expertise broadly within our growing organization, with a focus on contract law, governance and compliance. You will collaborate mainly with our South European offices on B2B contracts, related to the application and execution of innovative subsidy projects for our clients. You will resolve legal issues, assess and draft agreements, review consortium agreements for European funded projects, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. The update of our standards (such as the general terms and conditions, contract templates) and cross selling between different PNO-teams are also important subjects at the moment. In short, it’s a challenging and varied position where you can leverage and further develop your legal knowledge and skills.

At PNO, you’ll be part of the Legal Team with 4 other colleagues, currently working from the Netherlands. Since you’ll be working from one of our offices in Italy or Spain, you’ll work closely work together with these consultants as well.
