Innovation Engineering SRL, a dynamic and innovative IT company part of PNO Group, specialized in the design, development, and maintenance of advanced IT solutions is looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

What are we looking for:

An experienced Project Manager with a focus on cutting-edge technology and a commitment to excellence. You will join our IT team to lead on organizing the triaging of pipeline projects, improving processes, reporting and governance documentation. You’ve had a similar position for the last 10 years or more, most likely in another IT Company or a technology partner. The successful candidate will be delivering key Technology projects and will also manage a team of 6-8 Developers.

  • Ensure that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and tracks all activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders, as appropriate.

  • Provide effective leadership to the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience.

  • Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.

  • Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • >Host project meetings at least once a week with team and managers.

  • Make and give presentations to internal executives.

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, controlling, and reporting activities ensuring that comprehensive project, quality, and risk plans are prepared and maintained, and issues are actively managed through to their successful resolution.

About you

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in Project Management within the IT

  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and process

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts.

  • Managed end to end IT projects, broader the experience the better.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to define project scope, requirements, deliverables, and dependencies.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be deadline driven.
