We are looking for specialists with a passion for innovation, scientific writing and project management.
This position is for experienced professionals and involves assisting clients from a variety of industries with their innovation projects, including consultancy, writing and drafting our clients’ grant applications to managing the grant projects.
- Innovation consulting for existing and new customers
- Support in project conception and consortium formation
- Search for suitable funding programmes and opportunities
- Organisation, moderation and follow-up of meetings during the application process
- Planning and implementation of the structured application process together with the customer
- Drafting the application together with the customer
- Preparation, coordination and finalisation of high-quality applications at national and international (EU) level
- Adaptation and provision of ARTTIC methods and tools to research projects
- Project management in innovation and research projects

About you
- Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably technical studies (MINT) or MBA / comparable studies
- 3 years of professional experience in consulting, preferably in a funding consultancy or as part of a funding department
- Demonstrable affinity with technology and/or IT, innovation and research
- Experience in writing or developing grant proposals
- Project management knowledge/experience/training
- Excellent writing skills – excellent analytical and communication skills
- German at native speaker level
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
