Innovation Engineering SRL, a dynamic and innovative IT company part of PNO Group, specialized in the design, development, and maintenance of advanced IT solutions is looking for a Business Developer  to join our team.

What are we looking for:

An experienced Business Developer with a focus on cutting-edge technology and a commitment to excellence, with specific experience in B2B business, promoting proprietary products and services in the area of Business intelligence and knowledge management. Your job is to know the market, hunt the business needs that can be solved digitally, creating, and pursuing opportunities with new client prospects. You’ve had a similar position for the last 10 years or more, most likely in another IT Company or a technology partner.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company’s presence in the market.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts.
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
  • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business.

About you

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in business development within the IT
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and process
  • Specific experience in B2B business for proprietary products and services
  • Specific experience in the area of Business intelligence and knowledge management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic business development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
