Innovation Engineering SRL, a dynamic and innovative IT company part of PNO Group, specialized in the design, development, and maintenance of advanced IT solutions is looking for a Data Curator to join our team.

What are we looking for:

An experienced Data Curator with a focus on innovation and development and a commitment to excellence. You will join our team to identify and analyze sources of information. You’ve had a similar position for the last 5 years or more, most likely in another IT Company or a technology partner.

  • Identify and analyze sources of information relating to public and private funding, collaboration opportunities according to the open innovation paradigm, projects financed at European and national level, and will have to evaluate their possible integration into company products, and the related procedures.
  • Analyze and catalog the data according to predefined structures, ontologies and vocabularies.
  • Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.
  • Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Update the contents, in some cases also creating an informative description and then proceeding with the data entry into the IT system, and with accurate tests and analysis of the same for specific sectors, groups of organizations or individual structures.
  • Responsible for expanding and optimizing data flow and collection to create reports, business intelligence dashboards, and content to support marketing and communications activities.
  • Data curation of datasets for data re-analysis and data integration purposes.
  • Development of internal and external documentation.

About you

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Italian

  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.

  • Experience in managing a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be deadline driven.
