As Consultant Innovation & Grants (Bio-)Chemistry at PNO Chemistry, you work with the senior management or board of innovative organisations in (bio-)chemistry. It’s up to you to connect their (innovative) projects with the regional, national and international funding landscape and the many opportunities available. It comes down to your knowledge of the sector, your creativity and your communication skills to really help your clients and get their projects funded.

In this position, you will have every opportunity to significantly expand your network in and knowledge of (bio-)chemistry and innovation.

In collaboration with your colleagues, you will guide clients in linking their ambitions to financing opportunities. Furthermore, your daily tasks consist of:

  • Conducting interviews with companies (small to large) in the chemistry sector to explore opportunities from a financing and innovation perspective.
  • Preparing and following up on client meetings.
  • Planning, organising and coordinating the processes to arrive at applications.
  • Preparing and submitting high-quality applications.
  • Preparing high-quality reports and presentations.

About you

You have highly developed analytical skills and you value quality in your work. You have a commercial attitude and see it as a challenge to approach potential customers. Furthermore, you possess:

  • You have a university degree, preferably related to (bio-)chemistry.
